Batter banane ke liye
1-Besan - 200 gm
2-Namak (salt) - As your test
3-Haldi 1/6 -table spoon
4-Neebu ka ras (lemon juice) 2 table spoon
5-Adarak ka paste (Ginger paste) 1 little table spoon
6- Hari Mirch Ka Paste (Green Chilly Paste) -1 little table spoon

How To Prepare Besan Dhokala (Method)
Sabse pahle besan ko achchi tarah se chhan le. Ab besan me thoda thoda pani dalte huye chamche se gada ghol banaye.
Ab ghol me haldi powder daal de.

Ab aap jis bartan me dhokla banana chahte ho usme 2 glass pani daal de.
