How To Make Masala Dosa
Urad ki daal aur methi ko achchi tarah se saaf kijiye. Dhoiye aur 4 hours Ya Raat bhar ke liye paani me bhigo deejiye. Chawal(Rice) ko saaf kijiye aur ek alag bartan me utne hi samay ke liye bhigo dijiye.
Bheegi hui daal me se paani nikaliye aur kam paani dal kar urad ki daal methi ko ek dum bareek pees lijiye.
Chawal ko thoda kam paani pryog karte huye toda mota peesiye.
Dono ko milakar gada ghol kijiye.gade ghol me baking soda dalkar 12-13 hours ke liye rakh dijiye.

Aap ek nonstick tawa aag par garm hone ke liye rakhe.jab tawa garam ho jaye toh use ek geele kapde se pochiye. Tawe par thoda oil lagakar chikana kare.ab ghol ko tawe par gol phailaye.Aur toda oil dose ke charo taraf lagaye.ab dose ko midiam gas par senke. Ab uske uper dose ka masala lagaye.aur dose ko modkar tawe se plate par nikaal le.
